A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
AUTHORIZING MCFARLANE, TAYLOR, AND/OR STANLEY
TO INSTITUTE STOP PAYMENT ORDERS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public
Utility District, that Rhonda McFarlane, Finance Officer; Kathryn Taylor, Accountant;
and/or Wanda Stanley, Accounting Technician are authorized to institute Stop
Payment Orders by telephone or in person.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that this authorization remain in
full force until the Board gives written notice to the contrary.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of South Tahoe Public
Utility District at a duly held Regular Meeting on the 18th day of May, 1995, by
the following vote:
AYES: Strohm, Mason, Wallace, Jones, Moshacher
NOES: None
