RESOLUTION NO. 2583
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
WHEREAS,
LOU
PIE R I N I
has served four years on the Board of Directors of the South
Tahoe Public Utility District; and
WHEREAS, during his term of office he served as Board
President from December 19, 1991 through December 2, 1993 and
Vice President from December 6, 1990 to December 19, 1991; and
WHEREAS, during his tenure he was instrumental in the
implementation of the ultra-low-flow plumbing fixture program and
other innovative approaches helping to increase sewer capacity at
~ 14 the Wastewater Treatment Plant for future capacity; and

WHEREAS, DIRECTOR PIERINI through his efforts was able
to bring a balance between the Residential and Commercial water
rates and connection fees.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the South Tahoe
Public utility District does hereby express its deep appreciation
to DIRECTOR PIERINI for his many hours of public service to the
people of South Lake Tahoe, California.
PASSED AND UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED by the Board of Direc-
tors of the South Tahoe Public utility District, this 2nd day of
December, 1993.
