A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SOUTH TAHOE
PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT AUTHORIZING
LOAN APPLICATIONS TO CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF WATER RESOURCES
FOR WATER CONSERVATION PROJECTS

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the Sout
5 Tahoe Public Utility District, County of El Dorado, state 0
6 California, as follows:
7 WHEREAS, pursuant and subject to all of the terms an
8 provisions of the California Water Conservation and Water Qualit
9 Bond Law of 1988 and amendments thereto, application by this Publi
10 utility District may be made to the California Department of Wate
11 Resources to fund water conservation construction projects.
12 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Director
13 of South Tahoe Public Utility District, a public agency in the

14 county of EI Dorado, California as follows:
15 That the General Manager of the South Tahoe Public
16 Utility District is hereby authorized and directed to prepare
17 the necessary data, make investigations, sign, and file such
18 applications with the California Department of Water Resources.
19 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a duly held Regular Meeting of
20 the Board of Directors of the south Tahoe Public Utility
2] District on the 16th day of July, 1992 by the following vote:
22 AYES: Directors Wallace, Onysko, Pierini, Mosbacher, Mason
23 NOES: None
