A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SOUTH TAHOE
PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT SUPERSEDING RESOLUTION NO. 2548
AND PROVIDING FOR MANAGEMENT/CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEE SALARY

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South
5 Tahoe Public Utility District, County of El Dorado, State of
6 California, as follows:

That the General Manager is authorized to increase the
8 salary of the following listed ManagementlConfidential employee
9 classes (retroactive to January 2, 1992):
10 CLASS MONTHLY SALARY and/or RANGE
