There will be a 1.2 million loss in connection fees. Letter will reflect this impact. Dept. of Fish and Game - obtain a stream bed alteration permit. Report of Status of Design by Bill Ettlich of Culp/Wesner/Culp: Assured Board the July 1, 1984 deadline require- ment for Plans & Specs. would be met. Manager Cofer stated the City project had advanced beyond the point where the Dis- trict could place a waterline in a suitable location. Manager Cofer recommended No Action be taken by Board.
