Declaration for the Emergency Pond Retention Basin located
on approximately 40 acres of land at the corner of Black
Bart Avenue,and Pioneer Trail, So. Lake Tahoe, CA.
Copies of the Environmental Assessment are available
at the District's offices, located at 1275 Meadow Crest Dr.
A copy of the Environmental Assessment has been sent to the
E1 Dorado County Library for public review. A copy of the
Final Preliminary Design Report of the Emergency Retention
Basin Sealing System is available for public review at the
District offices at 1275 Meadow Crest Drive.
