While a quorum of the South Tahoe Public Utility District Board of Directors may be attending this
Workshop to discuss the items listed on this agenda, there will be no action taking place on their behalf. A
Public Meeting on the proposed budget will be held May 5, 2011, 6:00 p.m., in the District Boardroom,
located at 1275 Meadow Crest Drive, South Lake Tahoe, California. The final budget is expected to be
adopted during the May 19, 2011, regular Board meeting, 2:00 p.m. in the District's Board Room.
