Shop Steward: No report. ITEMS FOR BOARD ACTION Moved Olson/Second Jones/Passed Unanimously to approve payment in the amount of $1,510,877.49. PAYMENT OF CLAIMS REGULAR BOARD MEETING MINUTES - OCTOBER 19, 1989 PAGE - 3 This item was presented and dis- cussed at the 10/16/89 Workshop. REQUEST TO APPEAR BEFORE BOARD: RICHARD MORRIS Moved Olson/Second Walker/Passed Unanimously to waive concurrence of Lienholder(s) and replace with an indemnity Agreement; and authorize the transfer of 3 of the 4 extra sewer units from APN 27-083-061 to a vacant build- able lot in Montgomery Estates with the stipulation the transfer be- comes effective upon approval by TRPA. This item was presented and dis- cussed at the 10/16/89 Workshop. REQUEST TO APPEAR BEFORE BOARD: JAMES BEATTIE Moved Olson/Second Jones/Passed Unanimously to deny the request to reconnect the pumping system which removed groundwater from the pool area to the District's sewer system on APN 30-531-13. (1410 Wildwood Avenue). Presented by Barrie Fischer. Barrie Fischer answered questions from Director Sinclair regarding coverage and costs. INSURANCE RENEWAL: GENERAL, AUTO AND UMBRELLA LIABILITY Moved Olson/Second Jones/Passed Unanimously to authorize renewal for policy year 10/18/89 - 10/28/90 with Sierra Tahoe Insurance Agency for all insurance coverages. Presented by Bob Eppler. Moved Olson/Second Walker/Passed Unanimously to authorize procedures for non-payment of unreported sewer connection on APN 31-030-251. DISCONNECTION PROCEDURES IN COMPLIANCE WITH ORDINANCE NO. 392 Presented by John Cartwright. Moved Walker/Second Sinclair/ Passed Unanimously to authorize staff to proceed with water and/or sewer disconnection procedures for the accounts presented to Board this date. The list of properties becomes a part of these minutes by reference herein.
