14, 2000, 10:00 A.M., District Office, 1275 Meadow Crest Drive, South Lake Tahoe, California.

USFS representatives presented the Board a draft
Special Use Permit for the Gardner Mour!tain well site.
A lengthy discussion was held regarding various terms
and conditions contained in the proposed permit.
