Dorado C,',~ntr.,~.~. 3 ~ Ca!iforni~ that WHEREAS: the Boar6 o~ Directors of said District has ascertained the general, n'~=v~l~n,~~...=_ ...... ~ rate of per diem wages in the locality in which said public work is pmogosed to be performed · for work of a similar character to that described in Resolution of intention No. 2_~ adopted Qctober 22 , 1952. WHEREAS, said rate of per diem wages is set forth and contained in the specifications, copies of which are on file ~u the office of the District Engineer and also in the office of the Clerk of said District; and WHEREAS, this Board has duly considered said scale and finds the same to be correct in all particulars. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ~IEREBY FOUND, DETERMINED and ORDERED, as follows: 1. That said wage scale as set forth in the specifica- tions is hereby established and adopted as the prevailing rate of per diem wages for work of a similar character to that above described in the locality in which such Dubllc work is proposed to be performed. 2. That not less than said ~revailing rate of per diem wages shall be paid for any work proposed to be performed under said Resolution.
