WHEREAS, on September 3r~ , 1955 , the BOa~ ~f Dlr~ators
of the South Tahoe ~ublla UtllltW District, El, Do. do County,
California, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Improve-
ment Act of 1913, as amended· adopted its Resolution of
(S.~pplemental) Intention N~o. ~$? for the acquisition and
contruction of the public improv~ments~.more particularly therein
described;
WHEREAS, said Resolution of
Intention directed the Distr~et E~~ to make and file
a report presenting plans and specifications for the proposed ac-
quisition and .construction, estimate of costs, and diagram and
assessment of and upon the subdivisions of land within said District,
· to which Resolution reference is hereby made for further
particulars;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, I~th W. ~. ,of~m1~n& Cal~ell,

vested in me uncer Said Act and the order of the ]k~a~w{ ~ Di~eetox~
of said District, herebY make the following assessment to cover the
portion of the estimated cost of said acquisitions, work and im-
provements and the costs and expenses incidental thereto to be paid
by the assessment district, as'follows:

And I do hereby assess and apportion said total amount .of the
cost and expenses of said acquisitions, work and improvements upon
the several lots, pieces or parcels or portions of lots or subdi-
visions of land liable therefor and benefited thereby, and here-
inafter numbered to correspond with the numbers upon the attached
diagram, upon each, severally and respectively, in accordance with
the benefits, and more particularly set forth in the list hereto
attached and by reference made a part hereof.
As required by said Act, a diagram is hereto attached show-
ing the assessment district and also the boundaries and dimensions
of the respective subdivisions of land within said district as
the same existed at the time of the passage of said Resolution of
Intention, each of which sub-
divisions having been given a separate number upon said diagram.
Said assessment is n~de uDon the several subdivisions of
land within said district in proportion to the estimated benefits
to be received by said subdivisions respectively from said im-
Drovement. The diagram and assessment numbers appearing herein
are the diagram numbers appearing on said Uiagram~ to which
reference is hereby made for more particular description of said
property~
And because the names of the several owners are unknown to
me, I hereby place the word "Unknown" opposite the nvumber of
each subdivision of land assessed, and the amount assessed there-
on, and the number of the assessment. For a more particular
description of said property, reference is he~'eby made to the
deeds and maps on file and of record in the office of the County
Recorder of the above County.

RULES FOR DETERMINING INDIVIDUAL ASSESSMENTS
1. Total amount to be assessed is based on estimated construction cost of the collection system.
2 Total assessment is spread on a front foot basis. Frontage shall - mean actual frontage on side of property which
should contain the house connection and can mean one or both sides of the pipe.
3. Class A assessment is assessed when only one side of the sewer pipe can be entered with connections, and shall be
assessed at the rate of $7,00 per front foot.
4. Class B assessment is assessed then both sides of the sewer pipe can be entered with connections and shall be as-
sessed at the rate of $3.50 per front foot.
5. Small wedge or pie - shaped lots less than 5,000 sq, ft. in area shall be assessed at the r ate of the ratio of their
area to that of a standard 50' x 100' lot, except they shall not be assessed at less than one -half the normal front
foot rate. In triangular lots over 5000 sq. ft. in area, this rule shall also apply to the gore corner formed by a
line 50' long drawn perpendicular to the s ewer.
6. Property excluded by court order of April 11, 1955 are not included in the assessment roll.
7. Property outside the Utility District is excluded from.the assment roll (October 7, 1955).
