ACCEPTING CERTAIN DEEDS OF EASEMENT
RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe
Public Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California, that
those certain deeds of easement more particularly described in
Exhibit "A" hereto attached and by reference incorporated herein,
be, and they are hereby accepted for recordation.
