Resolution No. 78KWHW: EAW: Jm 8/13/56/5 RESOLUTION NO. 78 REQUESTING THAT THE HEALTH OFFICER OF EL DORADO COUNTY AND EX-OFFICIO HEALTH OFFICER OF THE DISTRICT RECOMMEND PROCEEDINGS UNDER APPROPRIATE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT AND ASSESSMENT BOND ACTS, OR OTHER APPROPRIATE PROCEEDINGS, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SANITARY SEWERAGE SYSTEM AND APPURTENANCES, AS NECESSARY AS A HEALTH MEASURE. PROJECT NO. 56-1 RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California, that WHEREAS, it is the intention of this Board to undertake proceedings pursuant to appropriate special assessment and assess- ment bond acts for the construction of a sanitary sewerage system in or for said District, as follows: The construction of standard sewer main pipes with manholes and appurtenant structures in (a) Fairway Avenue from U. S. Highway 50 southerly to opposite Lot 177 easterly of the southerly portion of Glenwood Way, and the northerly branch of Glenwood Way from Fairway Avenue westerly to Fawn Way, and thence northerly along the easterly branch of Fawn Way; (b) Bijou Park Boulevard between U. S. Highway 50 and Pioneer Trail; (c) Mountain View Avenue between U. S. Highway 50 and Meadow Edge Avenue; (d) Pentagon Road for its full length, and Midway Road between the two ends of Pentagon Road, and in an existing easement along the dividing lines between Lots 5 and 6, Map of Pentagon Tract; and (e) Fern Road between U. S. Highway 50 and Lot l, Block l, Map of Pinewood Park. WHEREAS, it is the intention of this Board to make the costs and expenses of said improvements chargeable upon the pro- perties benefited thereby, the exterior boundaries of the assess- ment district being the coterminous exterior boundaries of the composite and consolidated area consisting of the several parcels of land abutting thereon and benefited thereby; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that request be, and the same is hereby, made of the Health Officer of E1 Dorado County and ex-officio Health Officer of District that he recommend said proceedings as necessary as a health measure.
