AND ORDERING PARTIAL REFUND OF CERTAIN
ASSESSMENTS
SANITARY SEWERAGE PROJECT NO. 52-1
RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe
Public Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California, that
WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed with
the Secretary of said District pursuant to Supplemental Resolution
of Intention No. 47 adopted by the Board of Directors of said
District on September 3, 1955, and the provisions of the Municipal
Improvement Act of 1913, and said assessment was confirmed by said
Board on October 7, 1955 and recorded in the Office of the County
Surveyor of said County, and
WHEREAS, said assessment was increased by order of said
Board, to provide for the installation of sanitary sewer laterals,
and
WHEREAS, errors were made in computing the sewer lateral
charges to certain assessments, certain assessments have been split
due to changes in ownershi~ and certain refunds must be made due to
overpayments;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, DETERMINED and ORDERED,
as follows:
1. Assessment No. 10 in the amount of $1,918.00 shall be
divided and apportioned as follows:

2. Assessment No. 33 shall be reduced from $398.75 to
$350.00 due to an error in the computation of the sewer lateral
charges.

3. Assessment No. 49 in the amount of $1,039.50 shall be

5. Due to an overpayment on assessment number 120, the
amount of $20.10 shall be refunded to George B. Schmidt, et ux,
P. 0. Box 176, Tahoe Valley (also 26 Main Street, V~llejo, Califor
nia), said amount being computed as follows:

6. Assessment No. 124 shall be reduced from $426.75 to
$378.00 due to an error in computation of sewer lateral charges.
7. Assessment No. 125 shall be reduced from $431.75 to
$386.75 due to an error in computing the sewer lateral charge and
a refund of $45.00 shall be made to Louis S. Rapp, 2267 Clay Stree
San Francisco.
8. Assessment No. 126 shall be increased from $189.00 to
$282.75 to cover the cost of the installation of a sewer lateral
to said parcel.
9. Said changes shall be made by the District Engineer
on the face of the assessment and diagram or by filing amendments
thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly a-
dopted and passed by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe
Public Utility District at a special meeting thereof held on the
