Resolution No. 107KWH&W:SSD:mks 10/29/57 6c SO UT ON NO. 7 A RESOLUTION DIRECTING MAKING OF AMENDED ASSESSMENT RE CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS UNDER SUPPLEMENTAL RESOL~ION OF INTENTION NO.47 SANITARY SgWERAGE PROJECT NO. 52-1 RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe lic Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California, that WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed with the Clerk of said District all pursuant to Supplemental Resolu- tion of Intention No. 47 adopted by the Board of Directors of said District on September 3, 1955, and the provisions of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, and said assessment was confirmed by said Board on October 7, 1955 and recorded in the office of the County Surveyor of said County; and WHEREAS, certain lots or parcels of land upon which there are unpaid assessments against which bonds have been issued under the Refunding Assessment Bo,nd Act of 1935 as modified in the Mun- icipal Improvement Act of ~913, have been divided so that they no longer conform to the original parcel boundaries as shown on said assessment; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that 1. The District Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed with the District Clerk a report and amended assessment and diagram of the lots and parcels so divided, said parcels being designated Assessment Numbers 3, 7 and 103. 2. That the unpaid installments of said original assess- ments shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the benefits to the several parts of the original lots or parcels and the total amount of the assessment of the several portions of the original lots or parcels shall be equal to the unpaid assessments upon said original lots or parcels of land. at the hour of ~ '~ o'clock _~. M., at the District Office, 100 feet north of U. S. Highway 50 on the east side of Mountain View Street, Stateline, California, be, and the same are hereby, fixed as the time and place for hearing said amended as- sessment before said Board. 4. That the Clerk of said District shall advertise the time and place of such hearing before the Board by publishing a notice of said amended assessment twice in the Lake Tahoe News, a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated in said County, the first publication being not less than fifteen days before said hearing.
