Resolution No. 1291 2 5 4 5 6 7 RESOLUTION NO. 129 RESOLUTION OF THE DISTRICT BOARD OF SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT DECLARINC CANVASS OF RE- TURNS AND RESO=LT OF SPECIAL BOND ELECTION HELD ON 24, 1'95 -- I.,~{EIhEAS, the District Board of South Tahoe Public y District duly called and ordered held in said District 8 a special bond election on the 24th day of ~rch, 1959, for the 9 purpose of submitting to the qualified electors thereof the 10 measure hereinafter set forth; and 11 WHEREAS, said special bond election was held on Tues- 12 day, March 24, 1959, in accordance with law, and the votes there- 1~ at received and canvassed, and the returns thereof ascertained, 1~ determined and declared in all respects as required by law; 1§ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE DISTRICT BOARD lB OF SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT, AS FOLLOWS: 17 1. That the Secretary of South Tahoe Public Utility 18 District be, and he hereby is, instructed to enter this resolution 1~ on the minutes of this District Board as a statement of the re- 20 sult of said election. 21 2. That the whole number ~f votes cast in said District 22 at said special bond election was 373 votes. PANKOST, Secretary of the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of a resolu- tion duly adopted at a special meeting of the District Board of said District, duly and regularly held at the regular meeting plac~ thereof on the 30th day of March, 1959, of which meeting all of th~ members of said board had due notice and at which meeting a major- ity thereof was present; that at said meeting said resolution was introduced by Director Pankost, and read in full, and were there- upon, upon motion of Director Pankost, seconded by Director Gersick, and adopted by the following vote: AYES: Directors Gersick and Pankost NOES: None ABSENT: Director Goeringer That I have carefully compared the same with the original minutes of said meeting on file and of record in my office and that said resolution is duly entered of record in Book 2 of Minutes, at pages 36 to 39, inclusive, and said resolu- tion is a full, true and correct copy of the original resolution adopted at said meeting and entered in said minutes. That said resolution has not been amended, modified or rescinded since the date of its adoption and the same is now in full force and effect.
