Resolution No. 182KWHW: S: j c 5/18/60 7 c RESOLUTION NO. 182 A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS SANITARY SEWERAGE PROJECT NO. 1959-1 RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California, that the public interest, convenience and necessity require, and that it is the intention of said Board to make changes and modifications in the w~ork done pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 146 adopted by said Board on August 20, 1959, as follows: 1. That the following work be included, which is shown on the plans and specifications of said project, but which was omitted in the description of the work contained in said Resolution of Intention: The installation and construction of six to ten inch collection sewers, manholes, flushing inlets, wyes, risers and b-inch house laterals on the following streets, roads and easements: SECTIONI Tamarack Avenue between Ski Run Boulevard and Pioneer Trail; Wildwood Avenue Extension between Pioneer Trail and Sierra Way; Ski Run Boulevard between Pioneer Trail and 100 feet northwesterly of Pioneer Trail; Pioneer Trail between 120 feet southwesterly and 150 feet northeasterly of Moss Road; Birch Road between Larch Drive and 150 feet southeasterly of Birch Road; Wildwood Road between Chihokis Road and 150 feet northeasterly of Chihokis Road; Pinegrove Avenue between Paradise Avenue and Meadow Edge Avenue; Larch Drive between Lost Sheep Lane and Birch Road; An easement approximately 82 feet southeasterly of Lost Sheep Lane between Larch Drive and approximately 66 feet north- easterly of Larch Drive; an easement 100 feet northerly of Chihokis Road between Birch Road and 150 feet easterly of Birch Road; an easement along the northerly lines of County Assessor's Parcels 29-181-14 and 29-181-15 between Aspenwa~ Road and Pioneer Trail; an easement 100 feet northwesterly of Pioneer Trail between Wildwood Avenue and Larch Avenue and an easement in County Assessor's Parcel 28-081-10 be- tween Pioneer Trail and 150 feet southeasterly thereof. SECTION II Bobby Grey Avenue from Vanda Lee Way to Werner Salas Drive; Alder Avenue for its full length; Tallac Avenue between Tamarack Avenue and Aspen Avenue and between Forest Avenue and Paradise Avenue; Herbert Avenue between Vanda Lee Way and Bill Avenue; Glenwood Way Extension for its f~ll l~ngth; an easement from the intersection of Lewis Street and Lester Street to the most southerly corner of Lot 46 of Ranch Bijou Subdivision and thence along the westerly line of said lot to Fairway Avenue; an easement along the westerly line of lot 209 of Bijou Park from Lloyd Avenue to Meadow Edge Avenue; an easement along the northwesterly line of lot 8 of Tract 112 of Bijou Park Acres; an easement along the westerly lines of lots 41, 53 and 66 of Harlow Acres Subdivision and along the westerly and southerly lines of lot 28 of Lodi Pines Subdivision; an easement from the southerly end of Penin- sula Meadows Road to Rockwood Drive and an easement along the southwesterly lines of lots 33 and 34 of Keller Park Subdivision. SECTION III Monument Drive for its full length; an unnamed road lying between lots 50 and 51 of Lake Tahoe S~bdivision and in Lot 186 of Bijou Pines; Lakeview Avenue Extension be- tween Harrison Avenue and U. S. Highway No. 50 and U. S. Highway No. 50 from Lakeview Avenue Extension to Beach Walk; an easement along the westerly and northerly lines of lot 227 and along the northerly lines of lots 228 and 229 of Bijou Pines and an easement along the southeasterly line of lot 245 of Bijou Pines and along the westerly lines of lots 8, 9 and 10 of Johnson Acres Subdivision and along the northerly lines of lots 10 and 11 of Johnson Acres Subdivision. SECTION IV Lily Avenue for its full length; Bellevue Avenue between Tallac Avenue and Lakeview Avenue; Alameda Avenue between Bellevue Avenue and Nevada Avenue; Harrison Avenue between Tallac Avenue and approximately 125 feet northerly of Tallac Avenue;Pasadena Avenue between Lakeview Avenue and approximately 65 feet northerly of Lakeview Avenue~: Berkeley Avenue between Merced Avenue and approximately 125 feet southerly of Merced Avenue and an easement along the southerly lines of lots 1, 2, 3 and C, Block 1, Amended Map of A1 Tahoe Subdivisiol~ and thence westerly in a straight line approximately 250 feet and southerly in a straight line to the westerly end of San Francisco Avenue. of ~~ ~ , 1950, at the hour of ~.'~ o'clock P. ~. / in the regular meeting place of said Board, Clarke Building, Highway 50 and Beach Boulevard, Tahoe Valley, California, are hereby fixed as the time and place when and where said Board will consider the matter of making said changes and modifications and hearing all protests and persons interested therein. 3. The Clerk and ex-officio Secretary of said District shall cause a copy of this resolution to be published once in the LAKE TAHOE NEWS, a newspaper published in said District and the paper in which the Notice of Improvement under said Resolution of Intention was published, said publication to be at least ten days before said day of hearing. ,?
