Resolution No. 249-AKWHW:JHH:mJs 10-13-60 6c RESOLUTION NO. ~--/~ A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 239 ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1960-4 RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California, that WHEREAS, said Boarded on September 29, 1960, pass and adopt its Resolution of Intention No. 239, to acquire and con- struct improvements in and for said District, and WHEREAS, Paragraph 14 of said Resolution directs the Engineer of Work to make and file with the Clerk of said District a report including a diagram showing the assessment district and the proposed assessment of the total amount of the costs upon the several subdivisions of land in said District; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that 1. The Engineer of Work prepare a diagram showing the assessment district above referred to and including within the boundaries of said District the district benefited thereby, in- cluding therein property outside the boundaries of the South Tahoe Public Utility District and within the County of E1 Dorado, the exterior boundaries of which district are described as follows: Portions of Lots 7, 8 and 9, Section 3, and portions of Lots 8, 9, 10, ll and 12, and the SW 1/~ of Section ~ and portions of Lots 10, ll and 12 and the S 1/2 of Section 5 and portions of the NE l~ of Section 8, and portions of the W 1/2 of Section M.D.M.~ E1 Dorado County, California. The Engineer of Work is hereby directed to modify the proposed assessment of said District so as to assess the total amount of the costs and expenses of the proposed acquisitions and improvements upon all the subdivisions of land in said District in proportion to the estimated benefits to be received from such sub- division, respectively, from said acquisitions and improvements and of the expenses incidental thereto including therein unincor- porated territory outside the boundaries of said District and with- in the County of E1 Dorado.
