A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRCIT ADOPTING THE ADJUSTED SEWER
ENTERPRISE FUND APPROPRIATIONS SUBJECT TO LIMITATION AND
PROCEEDS OF TAXES FOR FISCAL YEAR 1990-1991
4 WHEREAS, the people of the State of California have
5 elected to approve Constitutional Amendment XIIIB, and the
6 Legislature of the State of California has voted to adopt Senate
7 Bill No. 1352, which implements Constitutional Amendment XIIIB,
8 setting the method of computing annual appropriations subject to
9 limitation, and Proposition III allows the Directors to choose
10 either the changes in the per capita personal income or assess-
11 ment of local non-residential construction and population; and
12 WHEREAS, the Directors selected the change in per capita
13 personal income, and

~mEREAS, such legislation sets the base year for this
computation as Fiscal Year 1978-1979, and
16 WHEREAS, such legislation determined the meeting process
17 and required documentation setting such appropriation
18 limitations, and
19 WHE:REAS, on June 20, 1991, such meeting was held' and
20 exhibits prepared and made public;
2J NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SOUTH
22 TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT does find and declare that the
23 adjusted appropriations subject to limitation for the Fiscal
24 Year 1990-1991 are: $20,473,008.
25 and that for the Fiscal Year 1990-1991 the proceeds of taxes
26 as defined in the enabling statutes are: $10,686,400.

and that the increase in proceeds of taxes over the
28 appropriations subject to limitation are: $ -0-.
