A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR THE
SEWER ENTERPRISE FUND FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR 1994-1995

WHEREAS, on May 5, 1994, the Board of Directors of the
South Tahoe Public Utility District held a Public Hearing and
exhibits of the Sewer Enterprise Fund Budget for the Fiscal Year
1994-1995 were made public.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors

10 The attached budget in the amount of $16,435,~25 is
!] adopted for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 1994 and ending
12 June 30, 1995.
13 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a duly held Regular Meeting of the

Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District on
15 the 19th day of May, 1994 by the following vote:
