A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
AUTHORIZING AND RATIFYING EMPLOYEE
RECOGNITION AND INCENTIVE PROGRAMS
4 WHEREAS, the Board of Directors finds employee incentive
5 programs, and employee recognition for outstanding service greatly
6 enhance employee productivity, therefore:
7 BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South
8 Tahoe Public Utility District, County of EI Dorado, State of
9 California, as follows:
10 The Board of Directors hereby ratifies and authorizes the
11 continuation of the discretionary practice by the District to
12 provide for recognition proceedings with monthly and annual
13 incentives based on service to the District.

PASSED AND ADOPTED at a duly held regular meeting of the
Board of Directors of South Tahoe Public Utility District on the
16 19th day of May 1994, by the following vote:
