A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
AUTHORIZING FILING OF SPECIAL USE APPLICATION AND
REPORT WITH THE UNITED STATES FOREST SERVICE
FOR THE EXPORT PIPELINE RELOCATION PROJECT
4 BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South
5 Tahoe Public Utility District, County of EI Dorado, State of
6 California, as follows:
7 WHEREAS, pursuant to and subj ect to all of the terms and
8 provisions of the United States Forest Service Special Use Applica-
9 tion and Report, application by this Public Utility District may be
10 made to the United States Forest Service to set in motion the EIR/
1] EIS process required to replace the existing A-line SEZ export
12 pipeline.
13 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors

of South Tahoe Public Utility District, a public agency in the
15 County of EI Dorado, California as follows:
16 That the Assistant General Manager of the South Tahoe
17 Public Utility District is hereby authorized and directed to
18 prepare the necessary data, make investigations, sign, and file
19 such applications with the United States Forest Service.
20 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a duly held Regular Meeting of the
21 Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District on
22 the 16th day of June, 1994 by the following voice vote:
