A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
AMENDING THE CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE AND
AUTHORIZING THE AMENDED FILING THEREOF WITH THE
EL DORADO COUNTY CLERK AND SUPERSEDING
RESOLUTION NO. 2571
6 BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the South
7 Tahoe Public Utility District as follows:

Notice of Public Hearing for the adoption of a
9 Conflict of Interest Code as amended and updated as of the date of
10 this Resolution together with an Appendix for South Tahoe Public
) 1 Utility District was given by Publication in the Tahoe Daily
12 Tribune.

All officers and designated employees of the South
14 Tahoe Public Utility District affected by the Code and the Appendix
15
have been notified and received copies of the Conflict of Interest
16 Code and Appendix. After the Public Hearing as so noticed, and I
17 there being no oral or written comments received, the Board of
18 Directors takes the action by this Resolution hereafter set forth.

The present form of the Conflict of Interest Code

20 for State and local agencies as set forth by the Fair Political
2] Practices Commission is hereby adopted as the Conflict of Interest
22 Code for South Tahoe Public Utility District, a copy of which is
23 attached to this Resolution and made a part hereof.

The Appendix for South Tahoe Public Utility District
25 to said Conflict of Interest Code, adopted by this Resolution,
26 setting forth the Disclosure Categories and Designated Employee
27 Positions is attached to said Code and made a part of the Code.

The Board of Directors authorizes a certified copy

of this Resolution and the Code, including the Appendix, be sub-
3 mitted to the EI Dorado County Clerk, Elections Department, for
4 review and County approval in accordance with the applicable
5 Government Code and Fair Political Practices Commission regula-
6 tions.

10 Tahoe Public Utility District at a duly held regular meeting on the
