RESOLUTION NO. 2628
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY
DISTRICT TO SUPPORT THE NOMINATION OF DIRECTOR ROBERT F. MASON
FOR THE 1996 DISTINGUISHED BOARD MEMBER OF THE YEAR AWARD
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility
District, County of EI Dorado, State of California as follows:
WHEREAS, Director Robert F. Mason has provided exceptional service to
6 this Board of Directors since 1984;

WHEREAS, the community of South Lake Tahoe has benefited by Director
8 Mason's leadership and guidance during his active role as Board Member for twelve
9 years;

WHEREAS, the staff and the Board of Directors does hereby express their
11 deep appreciation to Director Mason for his dedication and many hours of public service
12 to the people of South Lake Tahoe;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, in recognition of this exceptional Board

14 Member, this Board does hereby submit this resolution in support of the nomination of
15 Robert F. Mason for The 1996 Distinguished Board Member's Award, sponsored by the
16 California Special Districts Association;

PASSED AND ADOPTED at a duly held Regular Meeting of the Board of
18 Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District on the 6th day of June, 1996 by the
