RESOLUTION NO. 2629
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT
AUTHORIZING FILING OF SPECIAL USE APPLICATION AND
REPORT WITH THE UNITED STATES FOREST SERVICE
FOR THE EXPORT PIPELINE RELOCATION PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District,
County of EI Dorado, State of California, as follows:
WHEREAS, pursuant to and subject to all of the terms and provisions of the United States
Forest Service Special Use Application and Report, application by this Public Utility District may
be made to the United States Forest Service to set in motion the process required to replace a
11 portion of the existing B-Line export pipeline.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of South Tahoe Public
Utility District, a public agency in the County of EI Dorado, State of California as follows:
That the Assistant General Manager of the South Tahoe Public Utility District is hereby
authorized and directed to prepare the necessary data, make investigations, sign, and file such
applications with the United States Forest Service.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a duly held Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the
South Tahoe Public Utility District on the 6th day of June, 1996 by the following vote:
AYES: Wallace, Jones, Strohm, Mason, Mosbacher
