RESOLUTION NO. 2694-99
A Resolution of the Board of Directors of
the South Tahoe Public Utility District
Adopting the Budget for the
Sewer Enterprise Fund for the
Fiscal Year 1999-2000
6 WHEREAS, on May 6, 1999, the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public
7 Utility District held a Public Hearing and exhibits of the Sewer Enterprise Fund Budget
8 for the Fiscal Year 1999-2000 were made public.
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors that:
10 The attached budget in the amount of $19,257,100 is adopted for the Fiscal
11 Year beginning July 1, 1999 and ending June 30, 2000.
12 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a duly held Regular Meeting of the Board of
13 Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District on the 20th day of May, 1999 by the
