Resolution 2697-99 16 the following vote: 17 AYES: Directors 18 NOES: None 19 ABSENT: None 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 \.." 27 28 ~ 1 2 3 4 5 6 \., RESOLUTION NO. 2697-99 A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District Regarding Annexation of Public Lands for Purposes of Property Tax Increment Distribution Related to LAFCO Project Number 93-07 WHEREAS, request has been made to the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District for negotiations in accordance with Section 99 and 99. 1 of the 7 Revenue and Taxation Code, and; 8 WHEREAS, this request related to annexation of lands of the South Tahoe Public 9 Utility District, namely LAFCO Project Number 93-07; 10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South 11 Tahoe Public Utility District that the property tax increment distribution will be done 12 in accordance with the attached spreadsheet prepared from information from the 13 County Auditor-Controller (Exhibit A). 14 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a duly held Regular Meeting of the Board of 15 Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District on the 15th day of July, 1999 by Wallace, Strohm, Jones, Gochnauer, Mosbacher. \ James R.
