Resolution No. 348JEH:ap 11/30/61 6C RESOLUTION N0.8 4 8 A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS SANITARY SEWERAGE PROJECT NO. 1960-4 RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California, that the public interest, convenience and necessity require and that it is the intention of said Board to make changes and modifications in the work done pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 239 adopted by the Board on September 29, 1960, as follows: 1. That the following listed parcel is deleted from the list of unpaid assessments: Assessment No. Assessor's Parcel No. Assessment 60-4-25? 23-661-06 /~ $439.00 That the following parcel is included within the list Assessor's Parcel No. ~3-661-08 ~/ Assessment $439.o0 of unpaid assessments: Assessment No. 60 -4-259 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Thursday, the 21st day of December, 1961, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P. M. at the regular meeting place of said Board, Treatment Plant, South Tahoe, California, are hereby fixed as the time and place when and where 'said Board will consider the matter of making said changes and modifications and hearing all protests and persons interested therein. The Clerk and ex-officio Secretary of said District shall cause a copy of this Resolution to be pUblished in the Lake Tahoe News, a newspaper published in said District, and in the paper in which the Notice of Improvement under said Resolution of Intention was published. Said publication to be at least ten days before the said date of hearing. BRANDI, being duly sworn according to law, deposes and says: THAT he is and at all times herein mentioned was a citizen of the United States over the age of ~.1 years and that he is not a party to, nor interested in the above entitled matter; that he is the printer of LAKE TAHOE NEWS, a weekly newspaper of general circulation, duly adjudicated by the Superior Court of the State of California in and for the County of E1 Dorado, in proceedings No. 8805 by decree filed July ~.6, 1956, to be a newspaper of general circulation in the Judicial Township of Lake Valley and in the County of E1 Dorado and in the State of California.
