A RESOLUTION DIRECTING MAKING OF AMENDED ASSESSMENT
RE CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS UNDER RESOLUTION OF
INTENTION NO. 47
SANITARY SEWERAGE PROJECT
1952-1
RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe
Public Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California, that
WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed with
the Secretary of the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public
Utility District all pursuant to Supplemental Resolution of
Intention No. 47, adopted by this Board on September 3, 1955, and
said Resolution was confirmed by said Board on October 7, 1955,
and recorded in the office of the County Surveyor of E1 Dorado
County on March 5, 1956; and
WHEREAS, certain lots or parcels of land upon which there
are unpaid assessments against which bonds have been issued under
the Refunding Assessment Bond Act of 1935 as modified in the
Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, have been divided so that they
no longer conform with the original parcel boundaries as shown on
~aid assessments;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED:
1. The District Engineer shall cause to be prepared and
'iled with the Secretary of said District a report and amended
assessment and diagram of the lots and parcels so divided, said
oarcels being as designated on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by
?eference made a part hereof.
2. That the unpaid installments of said original assessment
shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the 'benefits
'to the several parts of the original lot or parcel and the total
amount of the assessment for the several portions of the original
lot or parcels shall be equal to the unpaid assessment upon said
original lot or parcel of land.
3. That Thursday, the 15th day of November, 1962, at the
hour of @ o'clock p .M. at the regular meeting place
of said Board, Treatment Plant, South Tahoe, California, are here-
by fixed as the time and place for hearing said amended assessments
before said Board.
4. That the Secretary of said District shall advertise the
time and place of such hearing before the Board of Directors by
oublishing a notice of said amended assessment twice in the Lake
Tahoe News, a newspaper published in said District, the first
publication being not less than 15 days before said hearing.
