Resolution No. 453WHJM: JHH: amf 9-4-6~ 8C RESOLUTION NO. ~ 5 a A RESOLUTION DIRECTING MAKING OF AMENDED ASSESSMENT RE: CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS UNDER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 72 SANITARY SEWERAGE PROJECT NO. 56-1 RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California, that WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed with the Clerk of said District all pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 72 adopted by the Board of Directors of said District on August 8, 1956, and the provisions of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, and said assessment was confirmed by said Board on September 20, 1956, and recorded in the office of the County Surveyor of said County; and WHEREAS, certain lots or parcels of land upon which there are unpaid assessments against which bonds have been issued under the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, have been divided so that they no longer conform to the original parcel boundaries as shown on said assessment; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that 1. The District Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed with the District Clerk a report and amended assessment and diagram of the lots and parcels so divided, said parcels being as designated on E×hibit "A" attached hereto and by refer- ence made a part hereof. 2. That the unpaid installments of said original assess- ments shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the benefits to the several parts of the original lots or parcels and the total amount of the assessments for the several portions of the original lots or parcels shall be equal to the unpaid assessments upon said original lots or parcels of land. 3. That Thursday, the .~ . day of ~~ 1963, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M., at the regular meeting place of said Board, Tahoe Valley Fire Station, South Tahoe, California, be, and the same are hereby, fixed as the time and place for hearing said amended assessment before said Board. 4.
