A RESOLUTION DIRECTING MAKING 0F
AMENDED ASSESSMENT RE CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS
UNDER SUPPLEMENTAL RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 47
SANITARY SEWERAGE PROJECT 1952-1
RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe
Public utility District, E1 Dorado County, California, that
%^~HEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed with
the Secretary of the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public
Utility District all pursuant to Supplemental Resolution of In-
tention No. 47, adopted by this Board on September 3, 1955, and
said Resolution was confirmed by said Board on October 7, 1955,
and recorded in the office of the County Surveyor of E1 Dorado
County on March 5, 1956; and
~fHEREAS, certain lots or parcels of land upon which there
are unpaid assessments against which bonds have been issued under
the Refunding Assessment Bond Act of 1935, as modified in the
Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, have been divided so that they
no longer conform with the original parcel boundaries as shown
on said assessments;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED:
1. The District Engineer shall cause to be prepared and
filed with the Secretary of said District a report and amended
assessment and diagram of the lots and parcels so divided, said
parcels being as designated on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
by reference made a part hereof.
2. That the unpaid installments of said original assess-
ment shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the
benefits to the several parts of the original lot or parcel and
the total amount of the assessment for the several portions of
the original lot or parcels shall be equal to the unpaid assess-
ment upon said original lot or parcel of land.
3. That Thursday, the / day of ~f~z~ , 1964,
at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. at the regular meeting place of
said Board, Tahoe Valley Fire Station, South Tahoe, California,
are hereby fixed as the time and place for hearing said amended
assessments before said Board.
4. That the Secretary of said District shall advertise
the time and place of such hearing before the Board of Directors
by publishing a notice of said amended assessment twice in the
TAHOE TRIBUNE , a newspaper published in said
District, the first publication being not less than 15 days before
said hearing.

Resolution which was duly and regularly adopted at a meeting

NOTICE OF HEARING ON AMENDED ASSESSMENT
SANITARY SEWERAGE PROJECT 1952-1
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the order of the
Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District,
the District Engineer thereof has filed with me an amended assess-
ment, together with his report and map thereof, of the parcels
shown as the Diagram and Assessment number indicated on Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof, on the
diagram and assessment heretofore confirmed by Resolution No. 55
of said Board, adopted on October 7, 1955, pursuant to Supple-
mental Resolution of Intention No. 47, adopted by said Board on
September 3, 1955, to all of which reference is hereby made for
further particulars.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that on the / day of
y~, , 1964, at 8:00 o'clock P.M., at the District office
Tahoe Valley Fire Station, South Tahoe, California, a hearing wil
be had on said amended assessment at which time all persons in-
terested in said original assessment or in the lands affected
thereby, or on the bonds secured thereby, may appear and protest
against the same.
