Resolution No. 531WHJM:JHH:amf Z-29-6~ 8C RESOLUTION N0.5 3 1 A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AMENDED ASSESSMENT SANITARY SEWERAGE PROJECT 1959-1 RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California, that WHEREAS, said Board did on the ~.. day of ~ , 1964, adopt its Resolution ordering the Engineer of Work to make and file with said Board an amended assessment of all parcels of property, the former assessments upon which, under Resolution of Intention No. 146 of said Board, adopted August 20, 1959, as amended, are designated upon the original assessment and diagram and confirmed by said Board on September 24, 1959, and recorded in the office of the County Surveyor of the County of E1 Dorado as Diagram and Assessment Numbers contained in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof; WHEREAS, said Engineer of Work did on the ~ day of __ __~.~z"_~~ , 1964, pursuant to Resolution ordering same, // file w~th the Secretary of said Board an amended assessment and dia gram; '~i WHEREAS, said Board fixed Thursday, the _~ day of ~'~t , 196/4, as the time for hearing said amended ass sment and caused notice of said hearing to be published twice in the Lake Tahoe News, the first of which publications was 15 days before said hearing, as appears from the affidavit of publication on file in the office of the Secretary of said Board; and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said hearing, no protests or objections were made or presented to the proposed amended assessment and all matters and things pertaining to said amended assessment were duly heard and considered by said Board; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that said amended assessment and diagram filed with the Secretary of said Board pursuant to Resolution ordering same, be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Secretary of said District shall deliver said amended assessment to the Engineer of Work, together with a certified copy of this Resolution thereto attached and said Engineer of Work shall thereupon record said amended assessment with a certificate at the end thereof by the Secretary of said District that it is the amended assessment approved by / the Board of Directors on ~~ . ~ , 1964. The Engineer of Work sha note opposite the several assess- ments in said original Diagram and Assessment that it has been displaced by said amended assessment, giving its date and shall credit upon such amended assessment all payments theretofore made upon the original assessment. When said amended assessment has been recorded, the Engineer of Work shall cause the original assessment involved to be cancelled.
