RESOLUTION NO. 607
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING MAKING OF
AMENDED ASSESSMENT RE CERTAIN ASSESSMENT
UNDER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 213
SANITARY SEWERAGE PROJECT 1960-3
RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe
Public Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California, that
WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed with
the Secretary of the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe
Public Utility District pursuant to Resolution of Intention
No. 213, adopted by this Board on August 25~ 1960, and said
Resolution was confirmed by said Board on November t7~ 1960,
and recorded in the office of the County Surveyor of E1 Dorado
County on November 28~ 1960; and
WHEREAS, certain lots or parcels of land upon which there
are unpaid assessments against which bonds have been issued
under the Improvement Bond Act of 1915~ have been divided so
that they no longer conform with the original parcel boundaries
as shown on said assessments;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED:
1. The District Engineer shall cause to be prepared and
filed with the Secretary of said District a report and amended
assessment and diagram of the lots and parcels so divided, said
parcels as listed on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by reference
made a part hereof.
2. That the unpaid installments of said original assessment
shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the
benefits to the several parts of the original lot or parcel and
the total amount of the assessment for the several portions of
the original lot or parcels shall be equal to the unpaid assess-
ment upon said original lot or parcel of land.
3. That Thursday, the 18th day of November, 1965, at the
hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. at the regular meeting place of said
Board, Tahoe Valley Fire Station, South Tahoe, California, are
hereby fixed as the time and place for hearing said amended
assessments before said Board.
4. That the Secretary of said District shall advertise
the time and place of such hearing before the Board of Directors
by publishing a notice of said amended assessment twice in the
LAKE TAHOE NEWS ~ a newspaper published in said
District, the first publication being not less than 15 days
before said hearing.

NOTICE OF HEARING 0N~MENDED ASSESSMENT
SANITARY SEWERAGE PROJECT 1960-3
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the order of the
Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District,
the District Engineer thereof has filed with me an amended as-
sessment, together with his report and map thereof~ of the
parcels shown as the Diagram and Assessment numbers indicated
on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by reference made a part
hereof, on the Diagram and Assessment heretofore confirmed by
Resolution of said Board, adopted on November 17, 1960, pursuant
to Resolution of Intention No. 213 adopted by said Board on
August 25, 1960~ to all of which reference is hereby made for
further particulars.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that on the 18th day of November,
1965~ at 8:00 o'clock P.M. at the District 0ffice~ Tahoe Valley
Fire Station, South Tahoe, California, a hearing will be had on
said amended assessment at which time all persons interested in
said original assessment or in the lands affected thereby, or on
the bonds secured thereby, may appear and protest against the
same.
