Resolution No. 591WJML:RHH:pk lO-~-6b ~c RESOLUTION NO. 591 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT MAKING DETERMINATIONS AND APPROVING THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY~ DESIGNATED AS "SOUTH TAHOE ANNEXATION NO. i965-7", TO THE SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT RESOLVED, by the Board. of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California., as follows: WHEREAS, on September 27, 1965, this Board adopted its Reso- lution No. 579, a Resolution of Application by the South Tahoe Public Utility District Requesting that Local Agency Formation Commission Take Proceedings for Annexation of Territory to the District, which resolution together with a form of Written Con- sent of all of the owners of land of all the territory proposed to be annexed was filed with the Executive Officer of the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County of E1 Dorado; and WHEREAS, on October 7, 1965, the Local Agency Formation Com- mission of E1 Dorado County adopted its Resolution No. 23-65 , a Resolution of the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County of E1 Dorado Making Determinations and Approving the Pro- posed Annexation of Territory, Designated as "South Tahoe Annexa- tion No. 1965-7", to the South Tahoe Public Utility District; and. WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 23-65 of the Local Agency For- mation Commission of E1 Dorado County approved the proposed annex- ation and. authorized this Board of Directors to annex said terri- tory without notice and hearing and without an election; and WHEREAS, a form of Written Consent signed by all of the own- ers of land of the territory proposed to be annexed has been filed with the District; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, DETERMINED and ORDERED, that: 1. That the territory proposed to be annexed is unin- habited as such term is defined in Government Code, Section 56045 and the description of the exterior boundaries of the territory is set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof and that no written protests were filed. 2. Annexation is approved subject to the terms and con- ditions as contained in the aforementioned Resolution No. 579 adopted September 27, 1965, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District.
