A RESOLUTION FIXING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING
ON PARTIAL REASSESSMENT AND PROVIDING NOTICE

RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe
Public Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution Directing Partial Re-
assessment, adopted by this Board on April 21, 1966, there has
been filed or is about to be filed with this Board a partial
reassessment together with a diagram thereto attached, of
Diagram & Assessment No. R-2098-B, formerly assessed under
Resolution of Intention No. 1~6, adopted by this Board on
August 20, 1959;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that Thursday, the 19th
day of May, 1966, at the hour of 7:90 o'clock P.M., in the
regular meeting place of said Board, Tahoe Valley Firehouse,
South Tahoe, California, are hereby fixed as the time and place
for hearing said partial reassessment before this Board.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the Secretary of this Dis-
trict shall advertise the time of such hearing before this
Board, by publishing a notice thereof once a week for two weeks
in

culated in the ~oUnty of E1 Dorado and hereby designated for
that purpose, and by posting a notice thereon on or near the
Board Chamber door at least five days before said day of hearing
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the Secretary shall also
mail notice of said hearing, postage prepaid, to all persons
owning real property proposed to be partially reassessed, whose
names appear on the last equalized assessment roll or as known
to the Secretary, said mailing to be at least fifteen days prior
to the date fixed for said hearing.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true
and correct copy of a resolution duly and regularly adopted
by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility
District, E1 Dorado County, California, at a meeting thereof
