A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENT OF THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY
DISTRICT TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH ARAM AND
STELLA HAROOTUNIAN FOR TEMPORARY DISPOSAL SITE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of SOUTH TAHOE
PUBLIC ~3TILITY DISTRICT, County of E1 Dorado, State of California, as
follows:
1. That the President of the Board of Directors of
SCUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT be, and he is hereby authorized
to execute an Agreement with Aram Harootunian and Stella Harootunian
for Temporary Disposal Site; which said agreement is attached to this
said Resolution and incorporated herein by reference.
Passed and Adopted at a regular meeting of the Board of
Directors of SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT ON March 17, 1966, by
