RESOLUTION NO. 7 4 0
A RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEER'S PLANS AND ESTIMATES
AND DETERMINING INSUFFICIENCY OF REVENUES
MEYERS AREA SEWER PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public
Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California, that
WHEREAS, on the 10th day of November, 1966, said Board adopted
its Resolution No. 7 3 9 , and did therein direct the Consulting
Engineers for the District to make and file with the Secretary of this
District plans and estimates of the cost of the construction and com-
pletion of the public Utility works of furnishing the inhabitants of
the Meyers Area Sewer Project Zone with sanitary sewerage service,
together with lands and easements therefor, and an estimate of the
revenues that can be expected to be derived therefrom;
WHEREAS, said Consulting Engineers have made and filed with the
District Secretary plans and estimates as called for therein, which
have been presented to this Board for consideration; and
WHEREAS, said Board has duly considered said plans and estimates
and each and every part thereof, and finds that they and each and every
part thereof is and are sufficient, and that no part thereof should
be modified in any respect;
NOW~ THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, DETERMINED and ORDERED, as
follows:
lo That said plans for the original construction and completion
by said District of the public utility works of sanitary sewerage
interceptor and transmission facilities, and lands and easements
therefor, for said Meyers Area Sewer Project Zone, are hereby approved
and confirmed°
2o That said estimate of the costs and expenses of said con-
struction and completion of said works be, and it is hereby, approved
and confirmed°
3o That said estimate of the revenues that may be expected to
be derived from the operation of said works is hereby approved and
confirmed.
4. That said plans and estimates in their entirety be~ and they
are hereby, approved and confirmed.
5. That the cost of said public utility works herein proposed
for construction and completion cannot be paid from revenues of the
District from the operation of its public utilities or proposed public
utilities in addition to the other necessary expenses of the District.
