A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AMENDED ASSESSMENT
RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public
Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California, that
WHEREAS, said Board did on the 4th day of August, 1966, adopt
its Resolution ordering the Engineer of Work to make and file with
said Board an amended assessment of all parcels of property, the former
assessments upon which, under Resolution of Intention NCo 239 of said
Board, adopted September 29~ 1960 , are designated upon the
original assessment and diagram and confirmed by said Board on
March 23~ 1961 , and recorded in the office of the County
Surveyor of the County of E1 Dorado as Diagram and Assessment Nos°
3171~ 2738~ 2726~ 2524~ 2151, 2237, 2236, 671, 670, 619, 837, 3061, 2379,
592, 934,_927, 928, 3065, 2964, 3013, 3016, 3192, 3195, 3196, 3066, ~
1197, l19U and 35~4~
WHEREAS, said Engineer of Work did, on the 4th day of August,
1966, pursuant to Resolution ordering same, file with the Secretary of
said Board an amended assessment and diagram;
WHEREAS, said Board fixed Thursday, the 1st day of September,
1966, as the time for hearing said amended assessment and caused
notice of said hearing to be published in the Lake Tahoe News ~ the
first of which publications was fifteen days before said hearing~ as
appears from the affidavit of publication on file in the office of
the District Secretary~ and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said hearing, no pro-
tests or objections were made or presented to the proposed amended
assessment and all matters and things pertaining to said amended
assessment were duly heard and considered by said Board;
NOW~ THEREFORE~ IT IS ORDERED, that said amended assessment and
diagram filed with the Secretary of said Board pursuant to Resolution
ordering same, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and
confirmed°
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Secretary of said District shall
deliver said amended assessment to the Engineer of Work, together
with a certified copy of this Resolution thereto attached, and said
Engineer shall thereupon record said amended assessment with a cer-
tificate at the end thereof by the Secretary of said District that
it is the amended assessment approved by' the Board of Directors on
September l, 1966o
The Engineer of Work shall note opposite the several assessments
in said original Diagram and Assessment that it has been displaced
by said amended assessment, giving its date and shall credit upon
such amended assessment all payments theretofore made upon the
original assessment° When said amended assessment has been recorded,
the Engineer of Work shall cause the original assessment involved to
be cancelled°

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of a resolution duly and regularly adopted by the Board of
Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, E1 Dorado
County, California, at a meeting thereof duly held on the 1st day of
