RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe
Public Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California, that
WHEREAS, it is the intention of this Board to acquire,
construct and complete, reconstruct, repair, maintain and operate
sanitary sewers, sewage collection lines, force mains snd
appurtenances thereto, together with the right of vehicular
ingress and egress, on, under, beneath and across the lands
hereinafter described, and a reservoir and pmmping station for
reservoir purposes, for the purpose of transporting treated
sewage effluent.
NOW, ~HEREFORE, IT iS FOU~'~D, DEI'E~.~INED and ORDERED as
follows:
1. That the public interest and necessity require 'the
acquisition, construction and completion, reconstruction, repair,
maintenance and operation of sanitary sewers, sewage collection
lines, force mains and appurtenances thereto, on easements and
rights of way, together with the right of vehicular ingress and
egress, on, under, beneath and across the parcels of land more
particularly described in Exhibit A, attached hereto, and made
a part hereof, except that parcel referred to as Parcel ~o. A,
and the acquisition, construction and completion, reconstruction,
repair, maintenance a~d operation of a reservoir and pumping
station on a parcel of land more particularly described in said
Exhibit A as Parcel ~'~to. A, wk~ich said Parcel [',1o. A is required in
fee therefore, for the purpose of transporting treated sewage
effluent. The taking of said easements and ingress and egress
therefore and the taking in fee of said land described in Exhibit

2. That said proposed acquisition and improvements
are planned and located in the manner which will be most
compatible with the greatest public good and the least private
injury, and all of said acquisition is situated with in County
of E1 Dorado, State of California.
3. That John C. Weidman, Placerville, California,
attorney at law, who is attorney for said District, be, and he
is hereby directed to institute and conduct to conclusion an
action or actions in eminent domain for the acquisition of said
easements and to take such action as is necessary therein, and
he shall be paid a reasonable fee therefor.
2+. That an Order for Irmmediate Possession and Use be
obtained in said action, and that a warrant be issued to the
County Clerk, E1 Dorado County, California, in the amount
determined by the court to be deposited, as a condition to the
right of imm.ediate possession.
