A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THAT THE COUNTY HEALTH OFFICER
OF EL DORADO COUNTY RECOMMEND PROCEEDINGS UNDER
APPROPRIATE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT AND ASSESSMENT BOND
ACTS, OR OTHER APPROPRIATE PROCEEDINGS, FOR THE
ACQUISITION~AND CONSTRUCTION OF A SANITARY SEWERAGE
SYSTEM AND APPURTENANCES, AS NECESSARY AS A HEALTH
MEASURE
ASSESSMENT DISTRiCT~. 1967.,~
RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public
Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California, that
WHEREAS, it is the intention of this Board to undertake pro-
ceedings pursuant to appropriate special assessment and assessment
bond acts for the acquisition and construction of a sanitary sewer-
age system in and for said District, said acquisitions and improve-
~ents being more particularly described in Exhibit A attached here-
to and incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREAS, it is the intention of this Board to make the costs
and expenses of said acquisitions and improvements chargeable upon
an assessment district, the exterior boundaries of which are the
coterminous exterior boundaries of the composite and consolidated
area more particularly shown on a map designated "Map Showing Pro-
posed Boundaries of Assessment District 1967-2~."on file in the of-
five of the Clerk of said District, which indicates by a boundary
line the extent of the territory included in the proposed district
and which shall govern for all details as to the extent of the
assessment district, to which reference is hereby made;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that request be, and the same
is hereby, made of the County Health Officer of E1 Dorado County
that he recommend said proceedings as necessary as a health measure.

Ao The installation and construction of sanitary sewer
systems~ including collection sewers, necessary pumping sta-
tions and force mains, manholes,~ flushing devices, rodholes,
wye branches, laterals and appurtenances on streets and roads
and in easements to be acquired therefor, to serve each of
the subdivisions, parts of subdivisions and other lands within
the boundaries of the proposed assessment district as herein-
after described (including, but not by way of limitation,
View Estates Units NOSo'l, 2, 3 and 4, Tahoe Paradise Units
Nos° 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 17, 19 through 31, inclusive, and 33,
Juniper Park Subdivision, and lands of the State of Cali-
fornia);
Bo The acquisition within said boundaries of a right
of service and use in the existing sanitary sewerage and sew-
age treatment and disposal facilities of said District which
help provide service to and which are of benefit to the prop-
erties within said area;
Co The acquisition of all faCilities, lands and ease-
ments and the construction of all'work auxiliary to any of
the above and necessary to complete the same.
