Resolution No. 817 RESOLUTION NO o 8 1 7 A RESOLUTION REFERRING PROJECT TO ^TTORNEYS AND ENGINEERS ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NOo ~'3 RESOLVED~ by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, E1 Dorado County, Calif~rnia~ that the Assessment District Noo'~'~ Project is hereby referred to John Co Weidman and Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, for the providing of all legal .services required for said project, pursuant %o that certain letter agreement between said attorneys and this District, dated September 15, 1965. BE IT FuRTHER RESOL?vlED, that the said project is hereby re- ferred to Clair A. Hill. & Associates, for the providing of all en- gineering services required for sald project, pursuant to tha%~ certain agreement between said engineering firm and this District dated August ll, 1960. The acquisition within said boundaries of a right' of service and use in the existing sanitary sewerage and sew- age treatment and disposal facilities of said District which help provide service to and which are of benefit to the prop- erties within said area; Co The acquisition of all facilities, lands and ease- ments and the construction of all work auxiliary to any of the above and necessary to complete the same.
