RESOLUTION NO. 7 9 8
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THAT THE COUNTY HEALTH OFFICER
OF EL DORADO COUNTY RECOMMEND PROCEEDINGS UNDER
APPROPRIATE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT AND ASSESSMENT BOND
ACTS, OR OTHER APPROPRIATE PROCEEDINGS, FOR THE
ACQUISITION~AND CONSTRUCTION OF A SANITARY SEWERAGE
SYSTEM AND APPURTENANCES~ AS NECESSARY AS A HEALTH
MEASURE
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1967-1
RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public
Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California, that
WHEREAS, it is the intention of this Board to undertake pro-
ceedings pursuant to appropriate special assessment and assessment
bond acts for the acquisition and construction of a sanitary sewer-
age system in and for said District, said acquisitions and improve-
ments being more particularly described in Exhibit A attached here-
to and incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREAS, it is the intention of this Board to make the costs
and expenses of said acquisitions and improvements chargeable upon
an assessment district, the exterior boundaries of which are the
coterminous exterior boundaries of the composite and consolidated
area more particularly shown on a map designated "Map Showing Pro-
posed Boundaries of Assessment District 1967-1"on file in the of-
five of the Clerk of said District, which indicates by a boundary
line the extent of the territory included in the proposed district
and which shall govern for all details as to the extent of the
assessment district, to which reference is hereby made;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that request be, and the same
is hereby, made of the County Health Officer of E1 Dorado County
that he recommend said proceedings as necessary as a health measure.

A. The installation and construction of sanitary sewer systems,
including collection sewers, force mains, manholes, flushing devices,
rodholes, wye branches and laterals on streets and roads and in ease-
ments to be acquired therefor, within the boundaries of each of the
following areas, to wit: ~
(1) Area known as and shown upon that certain map entitled
"Mountain View Estates, Unit 5", which map is filed in the office
of the County Recorder of E1 Dorado County, State of California,
in Map Book C at page 81;
(2) Area known as and shown upon that certain map entitled
"Mountain View Estates, Unit 6", which map is filed in the office
of the County Recorder of E1 Dorado County, State of California,
in Map Book C at page 82;
(3) Area known as and shown upon that certain map entitled
"Mountain View Estates, Unit 7", which map is filed in the office
of the County Recorder of E1 Dorado County, State of California,
in Map Book C at page 28;
(4) Area known as and shown upon that certain map entitled
"Mountain View Estates, Unit 8"~ which map is filed in the office
of the County Recorder of E1 Dorado County, State of California,
in Map Book C at page 43;
(5) Area known as and shown upon that certain map entitled
"Mountain View Estates, Unit 10", which map is filed in the office
of the County Recorder of E1 Dorado County, State of California,
in Map Book C at page 66;
(6) Area known as and shown upon that certain map entitled
"Echo View Estates, Unit 1", which map is filed in the office of
the County Recorder of E1 Dorado County, State of California, in
Map Book C at page 44;
(7) Area known as and shown upon that certain map entitled
"Echo View Estates, Unit 2", which map is filed in the office of
the County Recorder of E1 Dorado County, State of California, in
Map Book C at page 14;
(8) Area known as and shown upon that certain map entitled

"Country Club Estates~ 'Unit 1 , excepting therefrom, however,
lots 19 through 22 and 60 through 68, both inclusive, which map
is filed in the office of the County Recorder of E1 Dorado County,
State of California, in Map Book C at page 87;
(9) Area known as and shown upon that certain map entitled
"Country Club Estates, Unit 2", which map is filed in the office
of the County Recorder of E1 Dorado County, State of California,
in Map Book C at page 99;
(10) Area known as and shown upon that certain map entitled
"Country Club Heights, Unit 1", which map is filed in the office
of the County Recorder of E1 Dorado County, State of California,
in Map Book C at page 19;
(11) Area known as and shown upon that certain map entitled
"Country Club Heights, Unit 2", which map is filed in the office

(12) Area known as and shown upon that certain map entitled

in Map Book~C at page 40;
(13) Area known as "Lake Valley Ranger Station," as described
in that certain instrument recorded in Book 155 at page 52 in the
office of the County Recorder of E1 Dorado County, State of
California;
(14) Area along, adjacent to and on both sides of U. So High-
way NOo 50 between Pioneer Trail and State Highway No. 89, which
area includes the following~
(a) All parcels within Tahoe Paradise Unit 18 as shown
upon that certain map filed in the office of the County Re-
corder of E1 Dorado County, State of California, in Map
Book C at. page 50;
(b) All parcels within Tahoe Paradise Unit 18A as shown
upon that certain map filed in the office of the County Re-
corder of E1 Dorado County, State of California, in Map
Book D at page 53;
(c) All parcels within Tahoe Paradise Unit 34 as shown
upon that certain map filed in the office of the County Re-
corder of E1 Dorado County, State of California, in Map
Book D at page 15;
(d) Lots B~ C, D, E, F, G, H and I in Tahoe Paradise
Unit 15 as shown upon that certain map filed in the office
of the County Recorder of E1 Dorado County, State of Cali-
fornia, in Map Book C at page 12;
(e) Parcel Nos° 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 as shown on that
certain "Record of Survey" filed in the office of the County
Recorder of E1 Dorado County, State of California, in Book 1
at page 85;
(f) Parcel designated as Assessor's NOo 34-27-19, being
parcel NOo 1.9 as shown in Book 34 at page 27 of the Assessor's
Maps of the County Assessor of E1 Dorado County, California;
(g) Parcel designated as Assessor's NOo 34-27-20, being
parcel NOo 20 as shown in Book 34 at page 27 of the Assessor's
Maps of the County Assessor of E1 Dorado County, California;
Bo The acquisition within the boundaries of each of the above
described areas of a right of service and use in the existing sanitary
sewerage and sewage treatment and disposal facilities of said District
which help provide service to and which are of benefit to the proper-
.ties within said areas;

paragraph (14) /~ncluding parts (a), (b), (c)~ (d), (e), (f) and (g)
thereo~/, of a ~ight of service and use in the Meyers Trunk Sewer
System of said District, which trunk sewer system is to be constructed
and will help provide service to and is of benefit to the properties
within said areas;
