AND~ APPROVAL BY CALIFORNIA DISTRICT SECURITIES COMMISSION SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTI~,i~Y DISTRICT IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT~ NO. ~U-1 MEYERS. AREA RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California, as follows~ 1. The SOuth Tahoe Public Utility District, herein called "District," is a public utilities district formed pursuant to the pro- visions of the Public Utility District Act (Division 7 of the Public Utilities Code of the State of California). 2. This Board proposes to issue on a date or dates subsequent to April 24, 1967, subdistrict bonds, as follows~ Improvement District 'No. U-1 Bonds in the amount of $2,7005000o00o Such bonds are to be is- sued by District under the provisions of Chapter 4 of Part 7 of Divi- sion. 20 of the Water Code of the State of California, by virtue of Section 16407 of the Public Utilities Code of the State of California° The improvement district, which is identified and referred to as "Im- provement District No. U-1 -- Meyers Area" in the proceedings being had by this Board with respect thereto, comprises less than the entire ter- ritory of District. 3.
