Resolution No. 779WJML:RFR:dao 2/21/67 8c RESOLUTION NO. 7 7 9 A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON BONDS $500,000 SEWER REVENUE BONDS OF 1967 SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe Public Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California, as follows: 1. Bids shall be called by the Clerk of the District for the sale of $500,000 principal amount of Sewer Revenue Bonds of 1967, on APRIL 6 , 1967, which bonds were provided to be issued pursuant to Ordinance NO o ..1..37, adopted by the Board on February 23, 1967. 2. Notice thereof shall be given by the Clerk causing to be mailed copies of an "Official Notice of Sale", to various banks and bond houses and other persons interested as determined by the Clerk at least ten days before the date said bids are to be opened. 3o The Board will furnish the legal opinion of the law firm of Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, San Mateo, California, unquali- fiedly approving the legality of the proceedings and the issuance of said bonds.
