Resolution No. 772RESOLUTION NO. 772 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE GENERAL MANAGER- ENGINEER TO MAKE APPLICATION TO THE UNITED STATES BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT FOR THE WITHDRAWAL OF PUBLIC LANDS BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICTt County of E1 Dorado, State of California, as follows: 1. That the General Manager-Engineer of the SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT be, and he is hereby authorized to make application to the United States Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management for the withdrawal of Public Lands, Which said application is attached to this said Resolution and incorporated herein by reference. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the SOUTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT on February 2, 1967, by the following vote: AYES: Directors Wakeman, Kortes, Hegarty and Melikean NOES: None ABSENT: ATT,~: ~ g/ David W.
