"~ SEWER EASEMENT
RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the South Tahoe
Public Utility District, E1 Dorado County, California, that
WHEREAS, it is the intention of this Board to
construct, reconstruct, repair, maintain and operate an under-
ground effluent force main sewer pipeline and appurtenances and
work auxiliary thereto, for the purpose of transporting treated
sewage effluent, together with the right of vehicular ingress
and egress under and across the land hereinafter described,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, DETERMINED and ORDERED
as follows:
1. That the public interest and necessity require
the acquisition, cons~rmctton, reconstruction, repair,
maintenance and opera,ion of an underground effluent force main
sewer pipeline and appur%enances and work auxiliary thereto, for
the purpose of transporting ~reated sewage effluent, t~gether
with the right of vehicular ingress and egress under and across
the parcel of land more particularly described in Exhibit A, and
attached hereto, and made a part hereof, and the taking of an
easement and right of way therefore, is necessary for said
improvement. Said parcel of land is situate in the County of
E1 Dorado, Sta~e of California.
2. That said proposed acquisition and improvement
is planned and located in the manner which will be most
compa=ible wi~h the greatest public good and the least private
injury, and all of said acquisition is situated within the
County of E1 Dorado, Sta~e of California.

attorney at law, and the law firm of Wilson, Jones, Morton &
Lynch, San Marco, California, who are attorneys for said
District, be, and they are hereby directed to institute and
conduct to conclusion an action in eminent domain for the
acquisition of said easement and to take such action as is
necessary therein, and they shall be paid a reasonable fee
therefor.
4. That an Order for Immediate Possession and Use
be obtained in said action, and that a warrant be issued to the
County Clerk, E1 Dorado County, California, in the amount
determined by the court to be so deposited, as a condition to
the right of immediate possession.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of
South Tahoe Public Utility District at a duly held regular
meeting on September 7, 1967, by the following vote:
