In your letter'of May 14 , 1963, you suggested that
the place of use under the above -numbered applications be
rechecked by us because of your belief that there was a
discrepancy between the place of use as set forth in the
permits issued on the first five of the above -numbered
applications and the place of use described in a petition
for change of place of use filed in connection with the
last of the above -numbered applications.
Our review of this matter indicated that your
Board granted petitions for change of place of use with
respect to the first five of these applications which
described the place of use identically to the place of use
as described in the petition filed in connection with the
last of these applications. Therefore, it was our conclusion
that there should be no discrepancy in these descriptions.
This was discussed with Mr. Blair of your office on July 29.
Thereafter, Mr. Andrews of your office phoned my office and
left a message that the permit language as to place of use
on the first five applications was not correct and would be
changed by the Water Rights Board. Mr. Blair on July 30
confirmed that the error was yours and not ours and that
appropriate corrections would be made without any further
action on our part being required.
:However, ahe said that your Board would appreciate
receiving °our description of the place of use in terms of

description which had been filed with our petitions for change
of place of use. Accordingly, there is enclosed a quarter
quarter section description of the place of use under all five
of the above -numbered applications, which was prepared by
George C. Baron, Vice -President of the Meyers Water Company.
