At the hearing of September 13, 1960, in the matter of
Applications Nos. 17139, etc., the Department of Water Resources
was asked to make availablebasic data and detailed results of
studies of surplus water of the Truckee -Carson River System. Two
copies of the IBM 650 electronic data computer "print out" and
descriptive memoranda for the following studies were sent to your
office at 1401 21st Street, Sacramento, California, with our
communication dated October 27, 1960, one copy for the file and
the other for reference use by interested parties:

of surplus water which would have been available during the period
1922-1952 with existing water conservation works in operation and
the Pyramid Lake Indian Reservation water use at present levels.

The latter information was requested by Adolph Moskovitz, of the
firm of Kronick, Moskovitz and Vanderlaan, representing the North
Tahoe Public Utilities District and Meyers Water Company.
