Tahoe Paradise Water Company, current holders of the above water rights, has
been dissolved as part of a bankruptcy proceeding and that you have acquired
the assets of the Company. We assume that all the water rights were also
transferred as part of the proceeding and will change our records to show
ownership of Permits 13526, 13527, 12528, 13529, 13530 and 14335 in the name of
South Tahoe Public Utility District.
We assume that you.were given copies of the permits in the above transfer. If
not, we will forward copies on request.

REMARKS:
There is no agricultural or industrial use of the water. Aside from 29 small
commercial accounts - gas stations, offices, and the like - all water is
supplied to domestic customers through the utility's distribution system.
21. This utility belongs to the South Shore Water Purveyor's Association,
consisting of all water purveyors in the El Dorado County section of
Lake Tahoe. The Association has an ongoing conservation effort - consisting
of envelope stuffers, posters, school programs, radio announcements, and
leak detection programs.
29. Reclaimed water use for domestic purpose is prohibited in this area by
the State Department of Public Health and other State and Bi State agencies
which require export of all used waters.
