There is no agricultural or industrial use of the water. Aside from 28 sma11
commercial accounts - gas stations, offices, and the like - all water is supplied
to domestic customers through the utility's distribution system. The utility
has had a modest public relation water conservation program underway for the
past 3 years. The leak detection program has been operative since the utility
first started water deliveries.
